Since the counselling for the deemed university is done by the MCC, the candidate do not need to fill a separate application form to initiate the admission process. The candidates will be required to register themselves in the website of MCC. On the basis of NEET score and the rank, the candidates will be invited to participate in the centralised counselling process.
Selection of StudentsThe selection of students shall be based solely on the merit of the candidates and for the determination of the merit the following criteria is adopted.
1. A candidate for admission to medical course must have obtained not less 50% marks in English and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together, both at Qualifying and competitive examinations.
2. Provided further that in respect of candidates belong to Scheduled castes/Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes ( OBC ) , the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40%
Eligibility for admission to MBBS Course in Deemed Universities is as per NEET and NMC guidlines. Candidates who will be considered qualified for All India Quota seats on the basis of their rank in NEET.
At the time of admission or reporting at the allotted college, candidates will be required to furnish the following documents failing which candidates will not be allowed to take MBBS admission in Deemed University 2022.
